How to Search for Adirondack Homes and Properties Why don't I get what I want to come up in the searches? When using the Search feature, please specify the type of house or property, location, or area. The search function uses a complicated set of rules to determine which properties to show you. It will however get tricked by additional words sometimes included in a web page that do not have anything to do with the house or property. For example, try using "house on lake george" for exactly that or "commercial lake luzerne" for a business in Lake Luzerne. Why do some results have nothing to do with the house or property I'm looking for? Sometimes Realtors include extra information on a page which may not be true to that particular property. We cannot guarantee the integrity of all the sites in the search but we do try to police them. Please let us know if a page is less than ethical about the content and we will remove it from the Searches. How do I add my house (or property) to the search? Please write us here and let us know what you are interested in and how you would like to be represented. This can all be done by e-mail. I'm a Realtor, so how do I put my listings in the search? How often do you update your searches? We update on a regualar basis and re-index nearly daily. We do additional indexes as we introduce new pages.
